Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Recruitofy platform (the “Service”), operated by Asset Savvy Technologies (OPC) Private Limited (“Asset Savvy”, “we”, “us”). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. The Service

Recruitofy is an AI-powered hiring platform that helps recruiters and hiring teams source candidates, manage job pipelines, schedule interviews, and communicate with candidates. We may add, change, or remove features over time.

2. Accounts

• You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• You must be authorized to act on behalf of any organization you register.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• use the Service to violate any law or third-party rights;
• upload unlawful, infringing, or malicious content;
• attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the Service; or
• use candidate or personal data obtained through the Service for any purpose other than legitimate recruitment.

4. Third-party integrations

The Service lets you connect third-party accounts such as Google and Microsoft to create and manage interview calendar events and meeting links. Your use of those services is also subject to their own terms, and our handling of data received from them is described in our Privacy Policy. You can disconnect an integration at any time.

5. Intellectual property

The Service, including its software, design, and content (excluding data you submit), is owned by Asset Savvy and protected by applicable laws. You retain ownership of the data you submit and grant us a limited license to process it solely to provide the Service.

6. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Asset Savvy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, revenue, or profits, arising out of your use of the Service.

8. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or to protect the Service. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

9. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the “Last updated” date above. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Delhi, India.
